Raimondo Eggink (born in 1972) serves on the supervisory boards of the following public and private companies: Kredyt Inkaso S.A. (since 2022), Skarbiec Holding S.A. (since 2017), Sygnity S.A. (since 2016), and PERŁA – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (2004-2005 and since 2008).

In the past, he has been a member of the supervisory boards of: Stomil-Olsztyn S.A. (2002-2003), the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (2002-2008), Wilbo S.A. (2003-2005), Mostostal Płock S.A. Raimondo Eggink occasionally runs his own consulting and training business for entities operating in the financial market.

Before 2002, he served as a board member, investment director, CEO, and most recently as liquidator at ABN AMRO Asset Management (Polska) S.A., an asset management firm for Polish institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, which ceased operations in 2001. He began his professional career in 1995 at the Warsaw branch of ING Bank N.V., where he played a significant role in establishing Poland’s first asset management company.

Raimondo Eggink earned his investment advisor license in March 1995. From 1995 to 1997, he was Vice Chairman of the Brokers and Advisors Council. In 2000, the AIMR association (now the CFA Institute) awarded him the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, and from 2004 to 2013, he was a board member of the Polish CFA Society. He has published numerous articles on the development of the Polish capital market, particularly concerning minority shareholder protection. At the eighth “Supervisory Board Conference” in Dąbrowa Górnicza, he was named “Corporate Governance Person of the Year 2018.”

He completed his studies in theoretical mathematics at the Jagiellonian University in 1994, where he earned his Ph.D. in 2010.

Raimondo Eggink is a Dutch citizen residing permanently in Poland.
