He specializes in commercial and civil law, in particular in corporate advisory services and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. He has experience in providing comprehensive support for transactional processes – from conducting due diligence reviews, through the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, to the closing and post-closing integration stages. He is also involved in handling corporate disputes. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of issues related to conducting business activity in Poland, including the establishment and organization of companies as well as the ongoing legal support of their day-to-day operations.
