Attorney-at-law, Senior Counsel at the SK&S law firm. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, negotiation of commercial agreements, and reorganization processes (mergers, divisions, transformations).
For over 10 years, he has advised on international transactional processes, the restructuring of Polish and international capital groups, and the ongoing corporate operations of companies. He has experience in advising private clients, in particular in matters related to the protection, restructuring, and succession planning of their assets.
In 2024–2025, he was recognized by the international Legal 500 EMEA ranking as a “Recommended Lawyer for M&A transactions.” He is a member of AIJA – the International Association of Young Lawyers. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in “Mergers and Acquisitions” at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as the “Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills” program organized by the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw.
