Dr. Marcin Capiga is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw and the WUT Business School. He is a Doctor of Humanities, certified EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Coach, Belbin Team Roles® Consultant, Practitioner in the Art of NLP and Business Practitioner in the Art of NLP, certified business trainer and certified change trainer. He has the European Certificate of Transactional Analysis 101.
Author of the book “Motivation by Big M” published by REA-SJ Publishing House and a number of articles for business magazines. His January 2016 article “Why We Don’t Achieve Our New Year’s Goals” was honored on the cover of “Personnel and Management” magazine.
