Krzysztof Łanda is a healthcare system expert, physician, and founder of the Refundacyjny Tryb Rozwojowy. He is an author of the original Reimbursable Development Mode project and a co-creator of the concept of the complementary insurance market in Poland. In 2015-2017, as the Deputy Minister of Health, he was responsible for drug policy and reimbursement, mapping health needs, investments in health care, pricing of health services, and a basket of guaranteed benefits.
