Professional experience:A long-time HR lecturer at MBA studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and the originator of the Personal Potential Development Program of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. An expert with extensive experience in working with management boards and management staff in the area of improving leadership effectiveness. She has repeatedly supported organizations in the preparation of HR strategies, modeling organizational culture supporting the company’s strategy and increasing the commitment of its employees.
From 2005 to 2016, she was the head of the “Leadership and talent” practice in Poland and a member of the L&T Practice EMEA team of the international consulting company Hay Group. In 2016-2020 Senior Principal in the Advisory department of Korn Ferry. Currently a partner at WNCL. Member of the Council of the School for Leaders, one of the flagship programs of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation from 2012 to 2016, and currently a permanent advisor.
