He has been a partner and head of the tax law practice since 2000. His experience in representing clients in tax disputes before tax authorities and administrative courts, tax planning and solution implementation (M&A transactions, real estate, restructuring of enterprises, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and management of taxes on wealth) is unique on the Polish market. He also advises on taxation of the digital economy and new technology undertakings. In addition, he deals with civil and foreign exchange law, reorganisation of enterprises, and debt restructuring. A member of the International Fiscal Association with its registered office in Rotterdam and other international tax organisations.
