He is a trainer, coach and psychotherapist during certification, sociologist by education. In his work, he combines knowledge from areas of business, psychology, managment and presents in a helpful form to contemporary leaders of large and small organizations. He runs his own training boutique – Aware. He also has experience working in small and medium-sized family businesses and corporations.
