On June 12, 2025, the next webinar in the Inspirational Lectures series took place: “Sustainable and Circular Manufacturing in Europe”, led by Prof. Sergio Terzi.
Sergio Terzi is Full Professor of Industrial Technologies at Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Associate Dean for International Relations. His main research interests are in the domain of advanced manufacturing, how to make it smarter, cleaner and more sustainable.
The lecture discussed the need of a modern sustainable manufacturing and how to make it happen. Examples from projects and cases were presented and discussed. A tentative roadmap for companies on how to achieve such sustainable manufacturing was commented.
