Grzegorz Ziółkowski is an experienced financial manager. Between 2003 and 2007, he was involved in several mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring projects in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industries, as well as the real estate sector, working for large consulting firms (Big4). Since 2007, he has focused on the financial aspects of business operations, with particular emphasis on financial and tax management, as well as business risk. Grzegorz Ziółkowski is a licensed tax advisor and an ACCA member. In 2019, he completed his Executive MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. From 2007 to 2012, he supported T-Mobile Polska in fulfilling its reporting obligations. From 2012 to 2016, he was a manager in the finance department at Play. Subsequently, between 2016 and 2022, he worked with Warner Bros Discovery Group, where he oversaw tax matters in the Central and Eastern Europe region, managed the group’s receivables in Poland, led the risk management department, and headed crisis response teams. He also served as a board member of Discovery Polska and the TVN Foundation. Since 2023, he has been undertaking consulting projects, collaborating with, among others, EY Poland. Teaching is his passion, and he believes that the learning process is most effective when based on real-life cases or examples.
