An expert in quality management, continuous process improvement, and Lean Manufacturing transformation, and since 2011 a Senior Consultant at Kaizen Institute. He has many years of experience in international managerial and consulting structures, gained among others at Philips and Gemba Consulting Europe.
He began his professional career as a Senior KAIZEN Consultant, specializing in operational diagnostics, process restructuring, and door-to-door value stream analysis. He later joined Philips Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Senior Quality Manager, responsible for production outsourcing quality and supplier development based on APQP standards.
Since 2011, he has been associated with Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. in the Netherlands, where he serves as Industrial Quality Manager and a member of the board of the Drachten factory, which manufactures shavers. He is responsible for developing and implementing the quality strategy, deploying a culture of continuous improvement, and overseeing process performance on a global scale.
He specializes in training and consulting in the implementation of Continuous Improvement systems, based on hands-on experience in international corporations at senior management and executive levels. He holds a Lean Manufacturing certificate and has practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, confirmed through collaboration with world-class companies such as Ericsson, Nortel, LG, Avaya, Tandberg, and others.
