On 22 March, there was an on-line information meeting about the new programme IN POLISH, FIRST MANAGER SKILLS, addressed to people taking their first steps in management.
Classes using methods based on group interaction and experience. Combined with the knowledge of the latest scientific research and tools, the program leaves Participants with the feeling that they know what and how to do to increase their managerial effectiveness.
Each session is devoted to a different, important topic that new managers may struggle with – from understanding themselves in a new role, through team management, motivating people, dealing with difficult situations, or building a culture of innovation.
