Professional experience:

Managing Director, Global Chief Information Security Officer, visiting lecturer of Postgraduate Cybersecurity Studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw and the School of Management and Banking in Cracow. Gained her multiyear, international cybersecurity expertise in the financial, telecommunications, and automotive sectors.

Currently, as Chief Information Security Officer, leads a global cybersecurity team in a financial sector company. Over the course of her 25-year career, she has held positions including Group Security Officer at DWS, Global Chief Information Security Officer at Willis Towers Watson, Group Chief Information Security Officer at Jaguar Land Rover, Chief Technology Security Officer at Vodafone in the United Kingdom, and Director of Security at T-Mobile Poland.

Finalist of the European CISO of the Year 2024 Award. Recognized on the TOP100 CISO list – among the world’s most distinguished security leaders – in 2017, 2020, and 2021. Listed in the TOP200 of the most distinguished cybersecurity professionals in Europe in 2018.

Actively promotes diversity in cybersecurity and supports young, talented women, helping them achieve professional success.

Serves as Co-Chair of the UK CISO C-Level Communities Governing Body at Gartner Group.

Holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and an MBA from the University of London.

In her free time, she is passionate about travel and enjoys spending time actively with her family and friends.
