He specializes in tax law, in particular the taxation of financial institutions and financial transactions, as well as in the implementation of internal procedures aimed at monitoring tax and business risks in a changing regulatory environment. He has extensive experience in tax advisory for M&A transactions, real estate deals, and restructuring projects, both domestic and international. He has also represented clients in disputes with tax authorities, including cases involving VAT carousel fraud.
Before joining SK&S, he gained professional experience at one of the Big Four firms and at an international financial institution. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), headquartered in Rotterdam.
