Andrzej Marton is a lawyer and manager who has been involved in the Polish and international IT sectors for over 20 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and completed the 1999-2000 MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (WUTBS). Andrzej specializes in developing and implementing successful business strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading restructuring projects. He has extensive experience in managing sales and marketing departments as well and has held various positions such as COO, CEO, and Commercial Director. Additionally, Andrzej has served on the Supervisory Boards of publicly-traded companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also a Mentor and Coach in the APLO foundation and Early Warning Europe.
