Andrzej Jackiewicz is an expert in consumer-facing businesses, with 30 years of experience in leading international FMCG and retail companies—15 of which he spent as CEO/Managing Director. His career includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Tchibo, Costa, and Media Markt, where he was responsible for the holistic transformation of businesses in Poland and across Europe.
He has a well-rounded background in strategy, transformation and scaling of companies, M&A, business development, P&L and capital management, leadership and motivation of complex teams, as well as digital transformation. He consistently combines strategic execution with operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Andrzej has collaborated with various industry bodies and institutions, and has frequently been invited as a speaker and panelist at both national and international conferences.
Currently, he works as a Consultant, Advisor, and Independent Member of Supervisory Boards. He also finds great satisfaction in mentoring.
He holds a degree in Management from the University of Gdańsk and has completed executive programs at some of Europe’s top business schools, including INSEAD, London Business School, Ashridge, ESADE, Oxford, St. Gallen, Lund University, and others.
