Dr Aleksandra Nowak-Gruca

Professional experience:

She graduated law at the Jagiellonian University and economics at the University of Economics in Cracow at the doctoral level. In 2012, she obtained a PhD degree with a specialization in civil law. In addition, she is a graduate of the postgraduate School of Industrial Property Law at the University of Warsaw. She completed two law applications: bailiffs and spokespersons. For the past eight years she has been the patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys within her own law office. Specializes in protection of design and trademarks at the national, European and international levels. In addition, she provides legal assistance in the field of protection of inventions and utility models, in cases for the protection of copyright and related to combating unfair competition.

Her work includes monographs, chapters in monographs and a dozen or so articles published in renowned legal journals. In addition, she participated in many national and international conferences. In addition, she is the author or co-author of several textbooks. She conducts numerous lectures, lectures and trainings for institutions and entrepreneurs.
