Professional experience:Agnieszka Skala is a long-term researcher of the digital startup community in Poland and other European transition economies. She is also an experienced mentor of several generations of founders. Her academic work at Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) concerns startups and education for technology entrepreneurship. She co-founded the Innovation Nest Entrepreneurship School (SPIN), a venture mentoring spot for startups. As a member of the Startup Poland Foundation Advisory Board, she co-created the annual “Polish Startups” study published by the Foundation in 2015-2019.
