Agnieszka Bierawska is an expert and practitioner in the field of HR and employees’ personal development. For nearly 20 years she has been working for international and Polish companies in various industries. She performed managerial roles in HR areas in the sectors of banking (GE/Bank BPH, Alior Bank, mBank), insurance (Metlife), and game production (CD Projekt). She implemented modern HR models and was responsible for the transformation of HR areas and for strategically combining the role with the business. Agnieszka is a sociologist who graduated from the University of Gdańsk. She is also a graduate of numerous Polish and international training and postgraduate studies, including the Assessor’s Academy at SWPS University, the Academy for the Development of Coaching Skills (SWPS University), and Coaching and Mentoring (SWPS University). In recent years, she has gained knowledge and experience in Solution Focused Therapy (CTSR) courses, which she now combines with practical managerial experience by working as a mentor and coach as an external consultant for the business.
