In the era of the crisis related to Russia’s aggression on Ukraine, leaders should stand guard in their organizations today. Instead of spreading fear and anxiety, they should be bastions, ready to embrace the fears and uncertainties of their employees. This requires mindfulness from them, looking at the broader perspective and exchanging impulsive, mechanical reactions for attentive, conscious responses that take into account the wider context.
