Katarzyna Grajda joined the Korn Ferry team in Poland in 1997. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work with both the most renowned local companies and leading international players. As a Senior Partner, Katarzyna currently runs Polish FMCG and Life Science practices.
In 2000, she also started cooperation with companies in the field of pharmacy, medical equipment, and health care, thus developing another practice. Her professionalism and efficiency were recognized in 2005 with the Korn Ferry award for ‘Wysoka Jakość Obsługi Klienta’.
Most of the projects conducted by Katarzyna concern recruitment for high positions in the areas of management, marketing, sales, finance, HR consulting, and many others. She also actively participates in many Leadership & Talent Consulting (LTC) projects related to assessing the potential of managerial staff and talent management.
The previous experience: Katarzyna Grajda has seven years of work in a company providing services in the selection field. Katarzyna holds an MBA in human resource management and a BA in Management and Marketing from the University of Management in Warsaw.
