Jacek Bełdowski is a credited executive coach and EMCC mentor at the Practioner level. As a mentor, coach, trainer, and facilitator, he supports leaders and their teams in the development of leadership competencies as well as communication skills and teaches them how to achieve goals as a team. For 20 years as an international corporation’s CEO, he managed local and global teams. He understands the rapidly changing business environment and the challenges that come with it. He was a member of management teams that transformed the business by adapting its organization to radical environmental changes. He is a leader who brings his business passion and experience to coaching, mentoring, and classes with students. He has a master’s degree in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, and received a Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring at The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring.
