He has a degree from the Management Faculty at the University of Gdansk, as well as an Executive MBA from WUTBS. With over 20 years of management experience, Tomasz has held key positions in technology and consulting companies such as Sagem, Topcom, and Alma Consulting Group in Poland, where he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing.
Tomasz has also gained international experience working for global educational companies, including Laureate Education Inc and Global University Systems in Amsterdam. This has given him an in-depth understanding of global markets and business strategies, which he applies in his current role as founder and CEO of Fast Forward Solutions, a consulting and recruitment firm that specializes in career development and C-Level recruitment in the technological, sales, and digital marketing fields.
