Agnieszka is a graduate of the IMBA WUT program and the Academy of Music in Warsaw. He has over 20 years of professional experience gained in consulting (including BCG) and in business. He has many years of experience in leadership roles in HR. Agnieszka currently advises management boards in the area of HR and transformation. She is a trainer who conducts original workshops in the area of leadership and effective teams and organizational culture based on Diversity & Inclusion. He is accredited as a Coach & Mentor in EMCC Global. She works as a Mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation and is a startup mentor at the MIT Enterprise Forum CEE.
Privately: Mother of an adolescent son, enthusiast of horse riding and classical music.
