Aleksandra graduated from the Academy of Leadership Psychology (APP) and in postgraduate Coaching and Mentoring Studies.
She gained over 20 years of finance experience in Germany, the UK, and Poland. Aleksandra worked in organizations such as KPMG, Hannover Re, Link4, and Unilink.
Aleksandra is an enthusiast of personal development and entrepreneurship, while being a leader herself, she is fascinated by the topic of leadership and willingly advises leaders and their teams.
