Professional experience:Agnieszka Zielińska-Krywoniuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the American Law Center. She has many years of experience in the field of legal advice for clients from the pharmaceutical, food, and medical devices industries. She specializes in advertising law, marketing, distribution, and product safety.
Her practice also includes advising on clinical trials, quality, and product liability. She represents clients before courts and regulatory authorities. She advises on compliance, in the implementation of programs and conducting internal proceedings in this area.
Agnieszka gained professional experience while she was working in companies conducting clinical trials on request (CRO) and in leading law firms in Warsaw. She conducts internal training for companies, as a speaker at conferences organized for clients from the pharmaceutical industry.
