Graduate of University of Economics in Krakow, Poland and Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Lille, France. Head of IT and cybersecurity services in Grant Thornton Poland. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the profession. He is an expert in information security, IT risk management, and IT governance. He has extensive experience in implementing IT Governance models based on COBIT as well as Security Governance based on ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. Former President of ISACA Chapter in Poland (2005–2009). Co-founder of security departments at KPMG (1998-2004) and Deloitte (2005-2007).
Since 2005 a lecturer in Postgraduate Studies in Computer Science at the Warsaw School of Economics. Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). An author of articles, speaker at conferences, and professional trainer. Active participant in INDI Open Astronomy Instrumentation and creator of controllers for astrophotography devices.
