Tomasz specializes in training in leadership, team management, motivating, coaching, presentations, and inspirational speeches. Supports managers in the form of group and individual training in the area of so-called personal efficiency.
As a consultant, trainer, and coach, he carried out projects in over a dozen industries, cooperating with over a hundred organizations. He co-organized conferences and development events for the largest Polish companies, also appearing as a keynote speaker. He made instructional and development films in the field of presentation and image. He collaborated with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, co-creating the postgraduate Academy of Trainers.
A Master of Psychology by education, and a certified ICC coach, he completed a four-year course in cognitive-behavioral therapy, a solution-focused therapy course, and many development courses. Certified Design Thinking moderator, and participant in courses in the field of agile methods in team management, behavioral economics, and customer experience.
