As the concept of the “agentic organisation” nowadays captures the imagination of the modern business world, a critical reality is frequently overshadowed: technology is a powerful game changer, but never a standalone solution. In the rush to integrate autonomous workflows and algorithmic decision-making, leaders risk losing sight of the complex human architecture that truly sustains an enterprise.
