Psychologist, sociologist, trainer, adviser, and coach. She gained knowledge and experience, among others, at the University of South Carolina and Cornell University in the USA. She has conducted research on conflicts and group dynamics for 10 years at the Laboratory of Group Processes at the Jagiellonian University’s Sociology Institute. Joanna co-manages a consulting company Heidtman&Piasecki and is also a co-founder of the Foundation for Intellectual Capital. She is also a certified lecturer at Harvard Business Review Poland (ICAN INSTITUTE).
