She has a several years’ experience in consulting.

She’s conducted many projects within building effective systems of financial and non-financial motivation including organisational culture supporting engagement and employees’ satisfaction growth.

She’s been part of PwC Polska and a lecturer and a trainer within change management (i.o. Kozminski University, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu, Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna)

She’s a graduate from Management and Marketing and International Economic Relations at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

 

She’s an author of many publications on HR (i.o. ‘Personel i Zarządzanie’). Prelegent at many conferences i.o. ‘Kongres Kadry’, ‘Microsoft Modern Workplace’, ‘Strategie HR w dobie restrukturyzacji’. She’s an expert at Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej in the field of HR management and competencies models in public administration.
