Research and Development Director at FLOWAIR.

The leader of many project teams, developing devices from the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry. Together with his R&D department and external groups of industrial designers, he developed and implemented into mass production, among others: a ductless solution for ventilation with heat recovery (OXeN ventilation unit), which received the Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award and the Good Design award. A series of heating devices – LEO water air heaters, in which the solution of fixing the air deflectors has been granted a patent. The intelligent FLOWAIR system control system, an innovative, energy-saving device control system using only one T-box controller.

In his design work, she adheres to the principle of functional minimalism, i.e. less and simpler is better.

A graduate of postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM) (Project Management).

A graduate of the postgraduate Total Design Management studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Design Institute.
