Aleksandra Gren is a director general and a member of the Fiserv Polska sp. z o.o. board – an american technology company in a finance service sector (NASDAQ: FISV). She has over 20 years of experience in the field of bank technologies and fintech within EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Her professional career started with Royal Bank of Canada in Canada in 1995 and then she gained experience in other american technology companies in USA and Europe. Currently, she’s responsible for business development within CEE and conducts strategic technology projects at EMEA.
She has BA, International Relations at University of British Columbia (’95) and MSc, European Politics at London School of Economics (2000). She has also completed numerous courses i.o. Harvard Business School (2007) and Leadership Academy for Poland (2016). May 2015 She was invited to the prestigious programme organised by Fortune magazine in USA – Fortune Most Powerful Woman/US State Department, for future global business leaders . On September 2015 she became an Ambassador for Equality in Business of Ministerstwo Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. On September 2016 she was chosen to the Top 10 ranking of Women in Technology, EMEA, Banking Technology Awards in London. Aleksandra Gren is a member of Vital Voices group (VV100) – 100 global leaders of a global organisation called Vital Voices Global Partnership. She’s a chairman of Vital Voices Poland and also a member of a supervisory board of Vital Voices Europe in London, England. She’s an active mentor in Mentoring programmes of Vital Voices Poland for future leaders in Poland. She is considered to be one of the 20 vital experts of FinTech in Poland according to ‘Ekspertki w FinTech’ raport, March 2017.
